The first people I interviewed in Guilin was from Newzland and his name was PhiLip .I thought it was a bit strange that he just interviewed us instead of I interviwed him.How did Emily and I know him?It's interesting!When I was having dinner,he came out and invited Emily and I to participate in his English corner,it was like the English Cornet that we had in our school but not so many student,just 6.He asked us some questions just like we asked other foreigners like; what's your name,where are you from, do you like Guilin... I thought it was boring and I thought I wouldn't ask questions like that next time because may be people may feel boring too.He was easy-going.When his students said he was ugly(althought he was very handsome,I thought),he just smiled and said:"yes!as you see!"^-^
The second foreigner I met was a woman,also in Newzland.She was a teacher,too.She told us that she was a primary school teacher.Now she was nearly 60 years old,but still full of energy.She liked talking with others,especially teenagers.When she spoke,she always laughted.I thought she was very lovely just like my grandmother!Althought she was a bit old,she was still beautiful,I thought.
What activity did you like most?What activities would you like least? WHY?
The activities I like most is bamboo raft beacuse it's interesting that several people sitting on the bamboo raft can see the wonderful senery around them on the clear and clean river.If they wish ,they can boat the bamboo raft theirselves.I had never done this before,so i felt it's very fresh and interested.Also the pretty senery attracted my attantion a lot.It made me feel so fresh and relaxed,I like it!
The activty I like least was climbing mountains.I found that was so tiring,especial climbing the Moonhill.I thought the hill was not gentle at all.It took me nearly an hour to climbing it.It's terrible,really,because when I was climbing the hill,I felt I was going to die!Also I thought I should do more exercises in our colleage.The second reason I wouldn't get there next time was that I found the senery was not so beatiful as I thought before.
If you took your parents to Guilin,what activities would you plan for them?
If I took my parents to Guilin,I thought I would take them to visit Lijiang River by ship, go to DaRongShu Park,go to West Street and climb the Moonhill.My parents like natrual senery most so I will take them to Lijiang River to see the strange mountains and the clear river.My father is interested in sports so I think may be he likes climbing and my mother likes shopping so take her to the West Street is the smartest idea I think^-^.
